At LUXE AROMA, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Standard shipping within the United States is FREE. Shipping charges apply to Canada and other international destinations.

Shipping Locations & Rates

United States: FREE standard shipping
Canada: $14.99 USD standard shipping
Other International Destinations: $24.99 USD standard international shipping (select destinations)

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates do not include unexpected carrier or customs delays.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in Luxe Aroma’s shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Luxe Aroma does not determine or control customs charges.

Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
